With over 20 million adults in the UK having already received their first COVID-19 vaccination and the amount of encouraging data increasing daily as to the positive effect of the vaccination on infection and transmission rates, many employers are considering the viability of introducing mandatory vaccination policies for current and future staff.

Messaging from the government has been mixed, but we know this is a topic of great interest so have brought together an experienced panel for a virtual discussion around the legal, practical and moral considerations of making vaccinations mandatory in the workplace.

During this hour long session, the panel will share their respective business’ current approach to this controversial issue and their personal views on the question of whether mandatory vaccination is a viable option. There will also be an opportunity for questions and sharing views.
