The North East headquartered compliance specialist group and its subsidiary operating under the name of “Enviroduct” has been acquired by Blixt-backed Vadella.
Green Zone Surveys offers testing, inspection and compliance services while Enviroduct is a supplier of professional kitchen ductwork and ventilation cleaning services. The acquisition expands Vadella’s network of inspection-led businesses working in the UK’s built environment while supporting the group’s incumbent management team to grow both Green Zone Surveys and Enviroduct.
