Gillian has been a partner at Square One for over a decade and has more than 30 years’ experience in helping clients with problems which arise in the running of their businesses. A tenacious and determined litigator, Gillian will help you navigate the process of dispute resolution to achieve the best outcome.

Gillian wins the loyalty of clients by her ‘hands on’ approach and clear advice. She will give you advice you can trust and will work with you throughout the process.

She has substantial experience of a broad range of matters including professional negligence claims, contract disputes, shareholder and partnership fall outs, financial services mis-selling, insurance disputes, IP and commercial property disputes, claims by the Business Software Alliance and insolvency. She has managed complex and valuable litigation cases in court, including group actions, to successful conclusions.

Gillian is experienced in advising on cross-border disputes, at all levels of the courts and in various forms of alternative dispute resolution including expert determinations, arbitration, mediation, claims to the Legal Ombudsman, the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Pensions Ombudsman.
