Johanne is a qualified civil and commercial mediator and an experienced commercial lawyer, specialising in dealing with commercial contracts, public procurement and governance matters.
Johanne has over 20 years’ experience and has also previously worked 14 years as an in-house solicitor with Home Group and North Tyneside Council, prior to which she spent 5 years at Muckle LLP.
She has advised on contractual matters, tendering and procurement aspects for Home Group and negotiated and implemented national contracts with the Ministry of Justice, the NHS and the Department for Innovation Universities and Skills. Johanne has led cross departmental teams of internal and external multi-disciplinary experts for a Local Authority.
