Rachel has a wide range of skills having previously worked in banking, retail and prior to joining Square One Law was a primary school teacher.
Rachel is an excellent example of how Square One Law encourages growth and development of talented people. She initially joined the firm as part of the Business Services team, then moved to the operations team and after 2 years, Rachel was offered the position of HR and Facilities Manager.
Rachel deals with all HR matters within the firm, including recruitment and induction, processing leavers and co-ordinating holidays and sickness. She ensures all HR data is accurate and up to date and she is the first point of contact for all HR queries. Rachel is currently studying for a CIPD qualification in HR Management.
Under the Facilities mantle, Rachel also deals with building maintenance, service contracts and Health and Safety within the firm. Since COVID-19 she has done an excellent job in helping ensure home working runs smoothly and brought in all the COVID-19 protocols to ensure a safe return to work for all colleagues.
