Victoria is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution team.

She can advise you in dispute related matters and has specialist experience in property litigation, undertaking work for a range of clients including commercial landlord and tenants, public sector, national charities and lender clients. She has extensive knowledge in landlord and tenant matters, and also advises clients on insolvency matters, professional negligence claims  and contractual disputes, and has experience of claims in the High Court including the Business and Property Courts and Administrative Court, the Lands Tribunal and the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court.

Victoria has assisted clients with their property portfolios in matters including service of break notices, dilapidations claims, rent arrears and forfeiture. She can help you resolve trespass, easement and breach of covenant matters, adverse possession and boundary disputes.

An experienced negotiator and resolver of disputes, Victoria has a knack for pre-empting issues and can give you preventative advice to avoid potential litigation.
