Corporate health and wellbeing provider HCML has acquired specialist brain injury case management company, CA Case Management Limited.
This acquisition strengthens HCML’s service offering in serious and catastrophic injury case management, utilizing the clinical expertise of CACM’s team.
With the integration of CA Case Management, HCML will now be able to offer the recruitment, on-boarding, and training of care staff as part of the wider management of comprehensive care packages for clients.
HCML also benefits from CA Case Management’s expertise in specialist case management and expert witness services. This facilitates increased national coverage, ability to handle complex cases, and a holistic case management experience for clients.
Corporate Partner Ashraf Ali led the Square One Law team advising CA Case Management on the sale of the business, which included Walter Marufu, Jean-Pierre van Zyl, Georgia Thompson and Vanessa Saleh.
