William Hackett secures investment from H2 Equity Partners

A team led by Corporate Partner Ashraf Ali with support from Charlie Fielding and Vanessa Saleh has advised the shareholders of William Hackett Holdings Limited on a significant investment by London-based H2 Equity Partners.

With headquarters in Alnwick, William Hackett is the UK’s leading provider of chain products and lifting system solutions, servicing customers since being established way back in 1892.

The investment will facilitate William Hackett’s ambition for growth and reinforce their high-quality service delivery to their clients across a broad range of industries, including but not limited to construction, heavy industry, energy, maritime, agriculture, forestry and automotives.

The owner of William Hackett, Tim Burgess, will continue to lead the business working closely with investors from H2 Equity Partners.
